Does ICGS provide translations with Consulate stamps

Hi, I am trying to recognize my Italian citizenship through the comune here in Itlay and I have all the Apostilles that I need, I'm just missing the translations. I was told that I need translations that are certified by an Italian Consulate in the US, but since I am in Italy right now I am not able...
