Banns License instead of Marriage License

Hi one other question: My Grandparents were married in Baltimore, MD at a church. The minister never told them to go to the court to get an official Marriage License. My mother checked into this and the court said that if my mom got a priest at this church to sign something, we could get a Certified...

If apostilled, do we need certified certificates?

Regarding death certificates - Should we get the certified version of the death certificate or the regular, uncertified version from the department of vital statistics? (The death certificates are from the USA)
