Well, I for one hope that Italy and America Never go to war against each other...

If they do and you have dual citizenship which country do you defend?

Will they allow special circumstances in a situation like that?

My brother wants his kids to have dual citizenship, He feels that if there is a war by the time his kids turn 18, He wants them to move to italy so they wont be drafted...MY dad thinks if my brother does this, Then his childern will not be US citizens any more, That the goverment will take there US...
