Mother was naturalized in 1963 and regained in 1992

My mother was born in Italy and was naturalized in the US in 1963.

I was born in 1970

She regained her Italian Citizenship back in the early ninties.

Am I qualified now or is it not retroactive?

Thanks Em. Just one more scenario. Lets assume my father wasnt naturalized and was born in Italy and came over to the US as a minor with his naturalized father. He subsequently became a US citizen.
