What I'll do is email Emilio to try and find out what exactly they are looking for, that way I don't send them paper work they don't need and slow things down any more. I'll post an update when I find out what their looking for. Thanks again for the help.

Hello, I'm applying through new york and All of my documents are from CT and they were all town clerk forms and they accepted them all. So don't worry town clerk forms will be accepted.

On the Naturalization paperwork its listed as "esi" so I'm gonna take that route and just have the name changed to that since I can't change the Nat paperwork, this way all the US documents will have "esi". Thanks again.
