Initially, in LA they said that they (the county) no longer did it and then the Consulate said oh yes they do.Wo we sent our emissary and he got it done so try try try until they get it.

Re different date

I have 2 different intent documents for my GF and they have two different birth dates. When I fill out the form for lack of naturalization, do I use both date?

what i have been told is that you need form G639 completed and get a certified statement from both National Archives and Homeland Security that he was not naturalized.

here is a quick question. If I am currently single and my children are all over the age of 21, do I need to give divorce papers. I have been told no but does anyone have a different answer?

Just started the process. Born before 1948 i will use my paternal grandfather as my juris sangre. Did it really take the freedom of information act that long??? If I know that my grandfather never naturalized, how would you proceed/
