IN NEED OF OF GENEALOGY SERVICES IN WEST VIRGINIA TO CONFIRM NATURALIZATION OF MY GRANDFATHER

First, in as friendly a tone as possible - please turn off your caps lock key. When you write in all capital letters it looks like you're yelling.

Second, we need more information about your specific case, so you may want to look for census information regarding your grandfather. Using that you will be able to find out what he was reporting to the census regarding his citizenship status and location. You cannot use this information to verify anything that the consulate will accept, but it is a good starting point to find what you need. Think of it as a trail of bread crumbs leading to your goal.

You'll need to know some family history to locate these records, so if you do not know much, be sure to ask your grandfather (if living) or other family members about where he lived at various times so you can locate the information.

You can find census information on ancestry.com. They have a free trial, but if you don't intend to pay for the service you need to make sure you cancel it before they charge your credit card.
