Acquiring Naturalization records

Where can one acquire naturalization records if my grandparents don't have a copy of them?

What info do I need to get from my grandparents to order the paperwork?

Simply file a FOIA request with USCIS-- check their website for instructions. You can even write them a letter requesting this instead of using their form. Be sure to put all information you know about your ancestor to help speed up the search. When you write the letter, be sure to ask them to send you a statement of no records if nothing is found for your request.
