Using natrualization documents from 1901

Postby Pdelis50 » Tue Aug 14, 2007 9:21 pm

I have posted before and all seem to be in agreement that I would qualify under category 11 via great great grandfather ( But no one here has done it this way)

Has anyone used a natrualization record for the naturalized relative from 1901 or earlier ? Most of the cases here the records seem to be a bit later

Thanks

Please read this post--it may apply to you, but I'm not sure. Peg

I am not sure that this law applies for the NY consulate as another post that I have mentioned has indicated that this only applied to SF

I have verbally been told by the NY consulate that I did qualify, However I still post two questions in which so far there hasn't been an actual case of qualifying at least in this form- These are

1) Qualifying from my great great grandfather
2) Using a 1901 natualization record
