New York or Philadelphia?

I have the ability to pick either, does anyone know anything about how quickly these two different consulates process citizenship requests?

I suspect you would finish in Philly before your NY appointment comes up. They will want a drivers license to establish residency, so if you have two addresses with dirvers licence or ID maybe you could book appointments in both places and see which look more promising.
