Italian language immersion program in Italy?

Postby carlassare » Sat Oct 03, 2009 6:22 pm

Now that I have my Italian citizenship, I'd like to learn Italian. Can anyone recommend an intensive immersion Italian language program for beginners in Italy?

Grazie mille!

Hi everyone,

A lot of people have viewed my question to see if there's any information. I did find this website that has articles about studying Italian in Italy and recommendations about different language schools:

A long-time U.S expat in Florence who teaches English gave me this recommendation for an Italian-language program in Florence:

----------
The best language school I have found is Giorgia la Pira on Via de' Pesconi.

Check it out it is a great school and reasonably priced.
