Are these the official docs I need?

Hi folks,

I started the process to get my Italian citizenship when I was in University, but as I got busy in my final couple of semesters I stopped working on it I have a couple of documents I got when I mailed the Resana and Godego, and I'm wondering if these are the official docs I need, or if they are just "here's the information" type letters.

They carry the official seals of the communes, so my gut feeling is they are the documents I need.
